Hidy ho all, I'm not sure if this is something that can be helped or not, but I would like to give it a go. I'm using Firefox portable, from portable apps. I've started using it for work, where I need to have access to the same web pages, and I have to switch around machines regularly. I could either have a local install on each machine, or use portable apps and have a single flash drive. So far, Firefox on the flash drive is great! In all ways, except one. I'm rather security conscious, and there are some websites where I don't want the login information saved (email addresses mostly). And as such I always tell the password manager to never save login information for these sites. The thing is, that setting (and only that setting) is getting wiped every time I close Firefox. So that, every time I re-login to one of these sites, it pops up, asking if I'd like to save my login information. This is only a minor annoyance, and the rest of the web browser runs great! From my googling, it seems I'm the only one to experience this problem. So, can this be fixed in Firefox portable?
