Hello,

I decided to try Firefox after a 2 year break because of all the crashing it was doing. I come back things are a lot different. my old account was closed for inactivity. So, I made another account, I verified my email and all that. then signed in and set up sync. everything was going well. three days later I noticed my bookmarks were gone. I had added two download helpers and ad block. they were also gone. I went in to settings then sync, I was signed out. I signed back in and everything was back. Then around an hour later I was signed out again. I signed back in. the next day i was signed out again but this time when i tried to sign back in it said "Attempt limit exceeded" the first time i tried to sign in. it also said my password was incorrect when it wasn't. So, just in case something was going on i requested a password reset. It took 2 hours before I got the email to reset my password. I clicked on the link. it took me to the password reset page. i entered a new password two times then clicked submit new password and it said "Attempt limit exceeded you must wait for 48 hours to reset your password" that made me very angry. and is quickly turning me away from Firefox.

I have also noticed that Firefox is really, really slow. its like 8 to 10 times slower than it was 2 years ago when I stopped using it. Why has it gotten so much slower? Internet Explorer 10 is much faster than Firefox.

How do I sign in to Firefox, and stay signed in? also is there anyway to remove the 48 hour restriction?

Thank You!
