using t-bird 38.7.2 in win 7 home prem.x64 on a lenovo g560, the "options" has disappeared from both the menu bar and its drop down menu. how do i correct this?

Press Alt or F10 to restore the menu bar.
"'i did n0t lose the whole menu bar- only the options button and the options button in the customize drop down menu.
