Can't upload photos using firefox with windows 10

When I go to upload photos to flickr, or to anyplace whre I want to place photos,such as Costco, it gets stalled and eventually I have to shut it down. I am not having these problems with the new MS web browser. Have switched to Windows 10 and problems started then. Never a problem in Windows 7.

It is possible that Anti-Virus software is causing problems. Try to disable Anti-Virus software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
