When I try to open photos I took earlier with my Firefox smartphone (known as Orange Klif manufactured by Alcatel) I get this error message; " Image is invalid or corrupt and cannot be displayed". I took 120 photos and all of them display the same error message. How do I fix this error on Firefox OS?

Hello

So sorry about this.

I'm guessing corrupt files system so when the images are stored they end up getting corrupted too.

could you perform factory reset and try snap a few pictures to check if this will solve it?

If not, we'll have to file a bug for this to be checked out more.

Let us know how it goes.

I tried factory reset but it didn't work. I returned the phone to Orange Botswana and they gave me a new one but still the problem persisted. If it's not a problem with Firefox OS then it's a virul attack

Hi, alikerekang!

It's really too bad to lose access to our pictures.

Can you tell us if you can see your pictures when plug your device on your computer?

Are you using an external SD card? If yes, could you tell us if the same problem happens if you remove your SD card? Are the pictures being saved on the SD card?

What is your device's model?

We need these informations before filing a new bug.
