I read and keep emails because of the information they contain. When I try to find them I can only see one months of emails on my accounts. Where are all my older emails I've received?

There is a setting in each account "Tools - Account Settings' select Account go 'Disk Space' you probably have wrong selection to save. Select "Don't delete any messages"

Thanks for a reply but, my account settings already had "Don't delete any message" checked off. I still don't know why I can't bring up any emails older than 30 days. I've checked all my settings. I did do a 'compact' mail several days ago, wonder if that could have caused a problem? A search (including an advanced search) will not find a particular email I had received in late July either, I've searched by sender, with dates, etc. and still nothing.  ?? Anyone have any ideas of what's going on? I've also checked my yahoo mail settings to make sure it wasn't my yahoo account doing this.
