installed Firefox according to on screen instructions but cannot sign in. Have now added new username. how to finish installation?
I cannot sign in or open Firefox . Downloaded as per on screen instructions but still cannot sign in or use firefox.

The installation of Firefox isn't dependent upon signing in. You don't need a username / password to use Firefox.
Please explain what works and what doesn't in greater detail.
