That's probably a Google Chrome problem, so not something we can really help with. You appear to be posting from a Mac so security software is less likely an issue than on Windows OS. What about trying an alternative browser such as Safari. Have you considered downloading the full installer file using another machine and transferring on for instance a memory stick to the target machine.
