Mozilla will shut down Pocket’s services on July 8, 2025. At that time users will no longer be able to access the Pocket website, apps and API. You can export your saved items and API data until October 8, 2025 before they are permanently removed. For more information, see this article.

i'm going to be getting a new laptop -- how do i move all of my settings, bookmarks, etc. from one computer to another. i've checked the help section - it talks about a profile -- i'm not sure i have that? can someone help -- 1 - set up a profilem and 2 - how to transfer it from one to the other --

Yes - Firefox has a "profile". See these KB articles.
