Firefox crashes
My browser crashes before it opens every time I try to open it. Because I can't open the browser I can't try any of the fixing strategies listed. Right before it crashed there was a pop-up about failing plugins and hitting the continue button did nothing so I hit the other button that disabled the plugins. I got two different crash IDs within two minutes bp-de69d7b5-fdbc-478c-b5fd-72ed72141227 and bp-738bea84-04b7-4ba8-9244-fba8e2141227.

hello, sometimes startup crashes are triggered by malicious software on a system. maybe try to run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner.
I see that the Free Download Manager (flvsniff.dll,fdmumsp.dll) is active in other threads that show in the crash report.
