I have received a reply in this regard to go through an article for the same question but it didn't work out. I want an alternate way to download content from internet as i'm still unable to download anything from internet from the mozilla ff browser. I also wanna ask that is there any other web browser for the firefox os?

There are currently no other browsers available to download from the Firefox Marketplace. Other developers may create a new browser, but so far, none have been uploaded to the Marketplace.

I am sorry to hear that you are also having difficulties downloading multimedia files onto your Firefox OS device.
