Firefox 33.0 Continuously downloading flashplayer and installing it. After install, it says install was finished, then takes me to a page "here are more products you might enjoy" within firefox that never loads. When I got to youtube or pages that use flash, they ask me to install flashplayer (youtube still runs, but other pages videos do not) http://screencast.com/t/sK6gEfT50JN It tells me plugin not available.

My firefox plugins do not display Adobe Flash after installing it.

I am on windows 7 and have run out of ideas aside from reinstalling firefox which I'm hoping I can avoid. Flash player works on google chrome.

This will get you the current Flash player plugin on Windows for browsers like Firefox and without anything bundled with it. http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

Make sure Firefox is completely exited first before installing Flash.

Then you can check at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Google Chrome comes with a Pepper Flash plugin and uses that version by default.
