No more device on Firefox Sync.. how get my bookmarks?

Hello, 

I'have a big problem, i change my work and left my Android Device and My PC (these are paired with firefox sync). Now in my new work I have a new MacBook and a new Mobile (IOS), I try install an old version of Firefox (28) to retrieve the data from sync and then upgrade but I'm unable to pair because I have no more device to get codes from. There are a solution to retrieve data when no other devices are paired or all my data are lost?

Do you have the Recovery Key for your Sync account? You can used that "Key" along with the username and password to connect to Sync and retrieve your data.

If you don't have the Recovery Key, you're SOL.
