Scree resolution
I have galaxy grand neo . The problem is for me is when open cms on line page and click on the report its showing you need 499×499 resolution but in other phone like Samsung galaxy y 6102 and Samsung quadro this page is open and both phones have a same screen resolution 480×800

Does the resolution improve if you zoom in by tapping twice on the page?
