i have zte open buy from ebay.in few month ago. phone is unable to connect 3g network. niether it find any 3g network nor it connect automatically. processing speed is too slow then any android mobile

Hi tarungarg53782,

What is the current mobile operator that you are using in India? Is it possible that their frequency used for 3G is not supported by the ZTE Open? Here are the frequencies that the ZTE Open uses:

  • 2G: GSM900/1800/1900/2100
  • 3G: UMTS 850/1900 or 850/2100
  • HSPA (7.2 Mbps DL/5.76 Mbps UL)

If this issue persists, I would suggest contacting the ZTE directly. They are the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and will be able to better assist you and investigate if there is a hardware issue with your specific device.
