Cox has moved its email from its servers to Yahoo and while the "cox.net" stays the same I am not able to get my email through Thu Thunderbird as there are 2 places in the account Server settings that need to be changed, 1) Server name, and 2) Local Directory. I have had no luck in changing either as I really don't know what to put in either one. HELP11

You're not supposed to change anything on the existing Cox account. Create a new account in Thunderbird for the new Yahoo server. Provide your credentials and let Thunderbird do the rest. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/automatic-account-configuration
