office 365 account no longer working to recieve emails

I am no longer able to receive emails from my office 365 account(was originally a go daddy account). I am able to send emails out and its showing deleted emails for over 10 years ago. I just have nothing on inbox. I have taken everything out and reinstalled, even changed passwords. anyone have a idea how to fix.
