POP or Imap account ? What is the server eg: gmail, BT, comcast etc

Check to see if this is just a display issue with any filters: Menu app icon > 'View' > 'Folders' > select 'All' Menu app icon > 'View' > 'Threads' > select 'All'

Look on the 'Quick Filter bar'...are any of those icons highlighted including the 'pin' icon ? If yes, then click on icon to remove filter.

If this is an imap account, logon to webmail account via a browser to see if emails are on the server. Imap accounts can only display what is on the server.

If this is a POP account: Do not compact any folder until issue resolved. Do you have Account Settings > Server Settings set to 'Leave messages on server' ? If yes: logon to webmail account via a browser to see if emails are on the server. If they are on server, let me know and I'll provide info on how to force another download.

Do you have a backup of your Profile name folder ?
