I can sync Firefox from/to my android phone to my desktop browser and would like to do so with Fire TV (especially the bookmarks and opened tabs). Also would like to be able to cast from Android to Fire TV.

This is currently not a feature of Firefox for the Amazon Fire TV, but is something that may be included in a future update.
