Firefox auto-updated yesterday. I cannot now access Next Directory website. I have spoke to Next's technical help - they say I need to unset proxy settings for Firefox- but I'm not happy doing this, as the internet method I found seems to involve me amending java script. I'm not a developer, but a tech-savvy user. Could you tell me why this has been changed thru the Firefox latest install? Will I have to reset stuff every time you install updates?

Thanks, I have fixed this in the meantime… Next techies did say they have had a few calls from other customers using Firefox. They are telling people to re-set their proxy settings (but not how to, obvs). Here’s what I did (in case anyone else has the problem and ends up here!) - Click on the ‘i’ on the Next website web bar - Click on the > to the right of ‘Connection is not secure’ - Click on ‘More information’ - Click on the ‘Permissions’ tab at the top - Scroll down to the Set Cookies option: - Un-select the ‘Use default’ box - Select the ‘Allow for session’ box It should work now! Dunno if this will threaten anything….but why have Next got an insecure connection? Or is it really?
