I installed TB about a week ago, and my e-mails just randomly get deleted. The e-mail adress is also set up on my iphone and they also get deleted on my iphone. It's really annoying. I checked and re-check on the internet and nothing seems to help the problem.

Sounds like you have an IMAP account since they are getting deleted on both devices. I would log into your account at your email providers web mail page and see what the message retention settings are there.

Yes, I have an IMAP account, I right-clicked on "Inbox" and I checked "Don't delete any messages" instead of "Use my account settings" but my e-mails still get deleted by themselves

I have a similar problem, my e-mails are 'removed' from the 'In-box'. They do not appear in the 'Deleted' folder or in the Windows 'Recycle Bin'. I only use a computer & no other devices. I have also checked and re-check on the internet and nothing seems to refer to the problem. I tried to check if my TalkTalk a/c was an IMAP as per your suggestion but could not find the information? I am a silver surfer with a little savvy & not afraid to have-a-go at any help anyone can offer. Thank you in anticipation.
