Hi folks

I have added my Apple @iCloud email account to Thunderbird and emails in & out work perfectly in sync with my iPhone; however, whilst I have 'Subscribed' within T'bird to the 'Notes' folder for my iCloud account, the Notes files in my iPhone's Notes-on-iCloud folder have not transfered to T'bird.

Whereas, the AOL Notes on my iPhone have automatically synced with my AOL account on T'bird.

BTW, the AOL notes that transfer from iPhone to T'bird are read-only, and I am happy with that, so I really don't mind if the iCloud Notes on my iPhone become read-only when they are sync'd across to T'bird.

Does anyone have a magic fix to get my iPhone's iCloud notes to sycn across to T'bird?

Thanks.

There was an add-on that reportedly did this for TB 68, but I haven't found anything for the current version.

Hi there, I too found that and downloaded the file but there were no instructions as to what to do with the file [it wasn't executable]. Thanks anyway.

If you have TB 68, drag the downloaded xpi file and drop it onto TB Tools/Add-ons/Extensions.

The add-on is not compatible with TB 78, as mentioned in the reviews section.

Yep, just found that out for myself. Pity. Maybe when the new bunch of 78 add-ons comes out my problemette will be sorted.
