Hi, ITVX is advising me yo update my browser but when I check Firefox it says it is up to date. As it is no browser, including Safari or Google Chrome seems to work. My computer is admittedly old (10.13.6) but should this mean that the browsers no longer work? Thank you in advance

I'm trying to setup 2fa on my account. It requires sending a code to my email which I then use to verify. These codes consistently are sent outside of the time window and as a result expired. I've added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts, and I've tried this on firefox desktop and firefox mobile on an iphone, and both produce the same results.

I'm on a gmail account and gmail flags these emails as suspicious despite being added as a contact, which likely means they are poorly formatted. Despite this flag, they are still sent to my inbox when they finally arrive.

This is incredibly frustrating as this is a service provided by basically every company and yet I have never seen it perform this poorly as it has with firefox.

When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

Since accidentally deleting my current firefox profile, I have been experiencing a multitude of problems: Firstly, if it's possible to recover my profile file, that would fix all my problems. I currently have disk drill installed on my computer, so if there's any way to recover it please let me know. If that isn't possible, there are a few issues: 1: the top 3 buttons being shifted to the right (image 1 is what it looks like now, image 2 is what it used to be) 2: the color of the toolbar affected how other websites look(image 3) 3: all extensions being removed, though this was probably due to the deletion of the profiles

Just a question. When I clear the browsing data I always use the same options and clear from 12AM. The result is I have anywhere from 12-22 MB of remaining data. Why is there a difference?

Every time I attempt to open any tab on my laptop computer I get the following message.

Unable to restore tab. It is impossible to use the Firefox with this upgrade. Looks like I need to find another browser.

Ill listen to some music in a tab, then ill pause it, go do something else, then randomly after a long time, an hour or 2 it will resume itself after the tab being in that closed group for so long

Hello everyone. I make backups of folder "bookmarkbackups" in Firefox profile folder, so that when I have to make a restore after a data loss (for whatever reason), I can also restore my bookmarks. I'd like to be able to restore my extensions too, and to do this it would be enough to have a backup of the list of extensions I had installed before the trouble happened. However, if I backup the subfolder "extensions" of the profile folder, I would have a list of files the name of which looks like:

..so that in most cases I cannot guess the extension name from the file name. My purpose is to install manually the extensions in the new browser installation, once I have the list of the extensions. Moreover, in that folder you find all the extensions, both the ones which were active, and the ones which were inactive... But I'd like to have a list of the active ones so that I can re-install only that ones.

Does anyone know how can I get such a list, starting from the profile folder?
