Здравствуйте, при скачивании плагина с интернета, скачивание происходит, полоска загрузки заполняется на 100%, но сам файл не скачивается, как будто зависает на этапе проверки. Ждал очень долго, так и не скачался

I want to hide the "Search with Google" option from the right-hand menu in Firefox. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me if there's a way to do this. I previously came across an article on how to hide Firefox using userchrome.css, but I can't find it anywhere. I don't use "Search with Google," so I want to hide it. I always use Full Screen mode on MacOS (^⌘F). However, when I press the escape key, it always leaves Full Screen mode. This is annoying when browsing: whenever there is a popup which you should be able to leave with pressing 'Esc', the browser goes out of Full Screen. Why does 'Esc' lead to leaving Full Screen, when there is a dedicated key command to do this (^⌘F)? At least there should be a option to change this behaviour.

You publish AAAA DNS records for accounts.firefox.com, which I can reach from my IPv6-only environment, but the content of that page tries to load content from cdn.accounts.firefox.com which DOES NOT have AAAA DNS records and therefore I am unable to actually log in to my account. I applaud you for making the effort to support IPv6, but it's only half-working when not all parts of the supply chain are dual-stack enabled. Anything that you can do to rectify this situation would be most appreciated. Thanks for your attention and consideration.

Just "upgraded" from W10 to W11 and experienced a loss of bookmarks in my Firefox web browser this AM. Happened immediately after the first W11 auto update (I have no idea what it was about, but it last some time). I am given to understand from the in-line Firefox troubleshooting material that our bookmarks and preferences are saved in our profiles. Even after having followed their instructions, however, and after having opened my profile, I can find a way to access bookmarks, or anything, really. And I have followed all of the Firefox recovery tips and instructions, but to no avail. Can any one give an old fool a hand with this?

When I click on the Firefox icon on my desktop to open it, it takes me to a blank page with a url type box toward the top of the screen with the word "Search" in the box. It is nonfunctional. I tried reloading Firefox, but I don't think it installed completely. What do I do to get Firefox to work properly?

ISSUE In the Bookmarks sidebar, bookmarks and folders can be erroneously moved or even deleted and get lost permanently.

SOLUTION 1. Provide an option to confirm bookmarks move/delete and folders move/delete. 2. When a bookmark or a folder is moved/deleted provide a popup window to alert the user which could just in case Undo the action.

FINAL NOTES Yesterday I Iost the Coaching folder which has been updated since 2011. I have lost 2 years of my life trembling. Eventually I have been able to find it in one of mine >200 folders. It has been moved erroneously.

Somehow my bookmarks and passwords with Firefox were lost and I accidentally replaced them with some from Microsoft Edge. Can I get the originals I had with Firefox back somehow?

I can't see the livesteams on Clawcrazy.

It was working fine yesterday, I can see them on chrome from my pc and another device with Firefox can see them.

I have tried disabling my add-ons, clearing the cache, updating the gpu, making a new Firefox profile, turning enhanced tracking protection off and a private browser.

In each attempt I've always restarted Firefox and restarted my pc 2 times.

I'm out of idea's now.

I asked this question before and in response to a request upload the crash reports. But have heard nothing since. This is now happening daily. PLEASE, Mozilla, help me (and NBTW I make reg gifts in response to your appeals).

I last sync my data on 31, August,2025 and delete all password from the device now I only have my passwords and bookmarks etc all data sync to Firefox account. And today I tried to login back to get my passwords, I forgot the Firefox account password and reset the password by clicking on forgot password and reset my account password. But my all synchronized data , passwords, filling forms, bookmarks all gone and I had nothing left. Kindly give me my data and passwords back and if you need any verification from me that it's original me person. Kindly cleanse give me a backup of password as I really need them. My all PhD thesis , all data there and I didn't remember any passwords. What to do now. I am very much depressed please help me out
