Prior to a recent browser update, my Firefox New Tab page was completely clean, minimalist, and beautifully displayed the custom background image I had chosen.

However, after the latest update, a large Firefox logo and wordmark have been forced onto the center-top of the New Tab page, completely cluttering the background image. There is no standard toggle or switch anywhere in the "Personalize" or Home settings menu to turn this logo off.

I have already tried the advanced about:config workaround by setting browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.logowordmark.alwaysVisible to False, but the logo remains visible anyway. Even ensuring that "Web Search" is toggled on/off does not resolve the issue.

Please provide a built-in settings option to hide this branding watermark, or a working configuration flag so users can enjoy a clean, unobstructed view of their chosen wallpapers.

   Go to VPN settings
   Try to add a domain to the exclusion list
   Attempt to use a wildcard (e.g., *.ru) or a regex pattern

Actual results:

The VPN only accepts exact domain names. Wildcards and regular expressions are not supported.

Expected results:

It should be possible to:

   Use wildcard patterns (e.g., *.ru) or regular expressions to exclude groups of domains
   Define more specific rules that override general patterns (e.g., exclude *.ru but allow a specific domain within that zone)

This would provide more flexible and practical control over VPN routing.

What happened to the home page? It now has a different format after a recent update. There is too much white space and the placement of the desired icons has shifted down on the page.

Anyone have any experience with this annoying issue?

I am on a 2024 M4 mac mini pro. I just updated Firefox to the latest version of the browser, version 151.0. Now, all the icons on my startup page are very small. I do not like this. How do I get my icons back to the size they were before this last update?

Hi everytime I use the translate option it seems to flip my previous choice and selection...I live in Austria but speak only english...but i even get russian options and sometimes im on a german site and it asks to translate english to german....it makes no sense

I am unable to turn VPN on or select a location. This appears to have started after the latest Foxfire update. Are there any steps I can take to correct this issue?

Since new update the firefox logo is appearing on my home page and new tab pages, how do I remove it? I changed the setting to false and it still does not go away.

you offer since some days an integrated VPN. I tried several times to install it. I miss the VPN Icon in the toolbar. I also looked for the mentioned icon in the additional tools for the toolbar, icon not found. Do I have the wrong version of firefox? Whats wrong?
