adobe flash player problem
I want to run it even if it is huge vulnerable with all its risks and I want it always activate without any updates.
flash player always vulnerable and adobe updates don't run what can I do? I try to download it from below links but nothing was happened the file downloaded and didn't run with any way (double click, right click then open or run as... or extract and found no exe file to run).

I want to use any working version without updates and always activate even if it was old version.
Note : if this problem was solved, I still want to disable auto deactivated for flash player and become always activate. And if I want to deactivated it I will be free to do that. in short I want the opposite way for current.

And you want to run an out-of-date version of Firefox with publicly disclosed security vulnerabilities.

With respect to the Adobe full installer not running, have you shut down Windows and started it up again since that problem first occurred? Sometimes when the Windows installer has accumulated a number of deferred updates (the kind that happen at shutdown and startup), it just stops working.
If that doesn't help, your Windows installation may be damaged. You could try the System File Checker.

I face this issue from a few months by the first link above in my question, and I solved it by searching in adobe site and found the second link, but the files from it have stopped working for one month, I search again in mozilla site and found the third link in answer for same issue "that files didn't run-and I think you who provide this link". Now All link has files that don't run, So what can I do?!!!!!. I don't refuse the updates but it must work to use it !!!!!!!!!!
Note: I have tried before to setup the different setup files of flash player on another windows and downloaded them again on another windows and also no file was run. So the problem doesn't in my windows files. and as I said before when extract any file it doesn't have exe file. and also the adobe flash uninstaller file doesn't work, I remove it many times by windows add/remove and delete all files & folders manually "system 32 & application data & all temp files and folders" then try to install it again but no change & same result.
