I tired to log into my FIREFOX account by my usual way which is tapping the logo. A new screen ask for permission to make changes to my FIREFOX website. although I said NO , it continued to install UPDATES and UPGRADES that I do not and that I am unable to undo.
I have tried to restore or or recover my former FIREFOX WEBSITE , BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. I think the changes are the the results of an AI takeover.
i switched from MICROSOFT EDGE to FIREFOX when things like this began to happen.
Please , help me retrieve my former FIREFOX website. I spend a lot of time on it, and I HATE the "UPGRADES?"!

I am experiencing significant performance problems in Mozilla Firefox when using certain AI-powered tools. Below are the specific issues:
Flux AI & Diagramming AI Performance Warnings
Issue: When accessing Flux AI or Diagramming AI tools, Firefox displays a warning message stating, "This site is slowing down Firefox."
Observed Behavior:

My emails were all working (accounts were setup fine). Then, recently, when I opened Thunderbird, the main area (where my messages are displayed) is empty. If I choose another folder, still empty. BUT, the folders all say that there are messages in them (see the attached screenshot)
I have tried the following... 1. Opening Thunderbird in Troublshooting mode: This works, and the messages appear. But I don't want to have to open troubleshooting mode every time. 2. I have ZERO extensions installed, so asking to disable them obviously wont do anything. 3. I have tried to repair the folders (I have tried to repair the default inbox folder, and then tried to repair them all ... nothing worked). 4. I have backed up my thunderbird files, and tried reinstalling Thunderbird. Still didn't work. 5. So, after using firefox in the background to browse websites or watch videos I checked my memory usage in firefox with about:memory -> Measure and saw that youtube was consuming a decent amount >2GB (checked the main url when clicking the youtube src, it was the video on that sole tab i was watching and nothing else playing youtube in the bg) so i closed that tab, waited a bit and re-measured but then see that the memory usage for youtube rose about 200MB... and the website for youtube is that same url for the tab that i just closed (when checking the src in the results for Measure). I've been revisiting the about:memory page, reloaded it and re-Measured and youtube is STILL THERE. Even now, 10 minutes later i still see youtube there, with none of my tabs running youtube.
If i close firefox entirely and re-open my tabs then it'll very likely fix it but this has to be a major issue no? I shouldn't have to close the entire browser program just to fix a website visit, which is youtube of all websites.
As of this moment, firefox, with 8 tabs open, is consuming 4,452.99MB (~4.5GB) where 2.5GB is youtube for that page i closed.
I don't know if sharing memory reports from the about:memory page give my cookies away or leave me open to a similar vulnerability so I won't share it unless a dev or similar asks for it but for now, I've included an image showing all the tabs i have open on firefox, 2 windows.

Several times a day, TB pops up a message box with the following...
The folder 'Inbox on email@domain.com could not be compacted because writing to folder failed. Verify that you have enough disk space, and that you have write privileges to the file system, then try again.
I have a few accounts in TB, and it does this for all of them, but at seemingly random times.
Everything seems to work, it's just annoying to have these messages pop up.
I have 0.9Tb free space on the disk, so I don't think it's a lack of space! I also have admin rights to the file system, so that's not it either.
Anyone any idea why I get this? Thanks

Thunderbird looks like this now... not sure what to do... I used mole and maybe the optimize option messed things up! It clears some font caches... No idea.

I'm running version 146.0.1 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 machine, and I've found that trying to use printscreen now opens Firefox. I cannot discern why, if it's a Windows setting or a keyboard issue or anything else
things I've tried:
- Disabling every extension - Disabling AMD Radeon - Disabling ShareX (My normal screenshot program) - Factory resetting my Keychron Q6 Max (in case there's some weird macro that got set up)
Any ideas? This might not be a firefox issue, but I figured I'd ask here. Thank you
