this month I started having issues logging in to my pharmacy and my bank using firefox on my desktop computer. I get stuck in a Scanning By Zero Phishing loop. Ultimately I am forced to use Microsoft Edge to access these 2 accounts. My bank actually apologized for interrupting my login saying something about my login made the bank think I am a bot.

Oddly enough I have 2 laptops, mine and my sister's, that do not have this issue.

Obviously I have identified my desktop computer as the problem but I have no clue how to fix it.

Steps I have taken so far: clearing browser cache and logging into windows safe mode and clearing the temp and prefetch folders. I have had intermittent login issues in the past and these steps USED TO WORK but not anymore.

Just in the last week, possibly since a software update, when I click on a link I am diverted to a new website that I did not want to see. The link I clicked also opens, but I have to close the unwanted tab and navigate back to the one I wanted. How can I stop this from happening?

all the routes off the icon lead to "installation and download links" have done both actions with the same result of red dot and NO access to the free vpn...frustration is gaining steam! I have found the button to turn vpn on and off but even closing the browser after closing nor leaving it on has helped activate the service!!!

Please help, old but not too ignorant!!

YouTube Seiten crashing after a few seconds with Firefox Nightly from 23.05.2026. The build from 22.05.2026 did not have this problem. Right now i did a rollback to the last build to fix this.

When I try to customize the toolbar in Firefox the the browser goes to the customize toolbar / overflow toolbar page. However the page does not have any of the tools just a white blank screen. I did just relently refresh firefox

I edit a newsletter substack and sometimes I have links embedded in it. Mozilla denies me access to those links when I check the newsletter. Do I have to cancell Mozilla protection to have full access to the links in my newsletter from substack?

On iGPU hardware, default dedicated VRAM is usually 0.5GB and the maximum is 2GB.

On my laptop Firefox only use 0.48GB(dedicated VRAM)/0.2GB(shared VRAM) when I set VRAM to auto(512MB) in BIOS.

The screenshot is when I set dedicated VRAM to 2GB in BIOS, and you can see the VRAM usage has increased to 1GB(dedicated)/0.5GB(shared).

It seems Firefox is restrict itself to dedicated VRAM and not fully utilize the vast amount of shared GPU memory. This makes sense on dGPU hardware but not on iGPU hardware. On iGPU hardware, the negligible amount of dedicated GPU memory exists only for compatibility to legacy programs, and Firefox should allocate all it's GPU memory from the shared GPU memory pool.

i have some problems with HDR settings on my firefox for mac when i watch a youtube video in the middle of video it kinda decrease the brightness or apply a gray filter on screen or something like that

When I search for something it shows up in English, but some text under the result is French as shown in the picture. I use latest Firefox with Google search engine, and I have all settings in Google set to English, And same for Firefox settings

I am having a problem with Firefox on Linux Mint. Firefox has completely stopped responding. Even the buttons like close, back, refresh, or menu do not work. The whole browser has become frozen. Shutting down or restarting the system doesn't work.
