Dear filter specialists,

On a Windows 10 computer with TB Portable 128.6 and .7, folders can no longer be selected in the filters as ‘Run filter on’ or ‘perform these Actions’: the menu is greyed out. The phenomenon occurs with all accounts: POP and local. Various email providers, ESET virus scanner, Windows firewall, FritzBox cable router. The local account contains almost 30 GB of emails. The existing filters work as long as they do not affect the accounts or folders: for example, tagging e-mails works. Existing filters with folder-actions cannot be re-configured and no folder actions are possible when creating a new filter.

I have performed an update check and restarted Windows, changed the compression limit from 500 to 5 MB and changed a few minor settings so that the config is rewritten.

What could this be? How do I solve the problem? A workaround if necessary.

Microsoft in its wonderful idea of updating no matter what, has taken out my thunderbird client. I was using an older version because the new thunderbird kept losing my addresses. NOW I HAVE NOTHING AND NO ACCESS TO ANY EMAIL.

I recently got rid of my old main email account which up asks for account sign-in information when I initially boot up Thunderbird NEBULAR ver: 128.7.Oesr (64 bit). can you give me specific information to delete the old main email account and make my second email the main email account which will automaticall retreive my emails and show up first. The title describes the problem. This is an old problem that seems to be triggered by something embedded in the email. Other emails print to PDF or the actual printer without a problem. For security reasons, I cannot attach the email in question as it involves money and account identification.

The email is a credit card reward certificate from Costco and generated by Citibank in case someone else has reported this specific problem.

Long time user of Firefox and this issue of the Recaptcha Failed while never even opening the Recaptcha for selecting all the bikes, buses or whatever else it asks you to find in order to validate. This is a new install of the latest version of Firefox, I have no problem with Recaptcha using Chrome but prefer Firefox's privacy. I pay bills, work jobs from the internet which requires recaptcha to work in the browser I am using. I have not seen a answer anywhere to fix this problem which only happens in Firefox. Whenever I enter picture in picture mode on YouTube it exits full screen. It didn't use to do this but started doing it a few weeks ago and this prevents me from actually being able to use picture in picture properly

Ever since the latest Firefox upgrade to version 135.0, my Epson 3760 printer pauses between each page when more than one page is requested to print continuously. This pause before each page didn't happen before the upgrade. I now have to go into my printer queue and select each item in the queue to have it resume printing - one at a time. I'm on Windows 11 with an LG laptop.

Your browser needs immediate attention! I have windows 11. When I visit websites via Firefox and click on a link that takes me to a document, a large pop-up on the lower right side of the screen appears blocking half the page and preventing me from downloading or printing it. The pop-up depicts a cartoon-letter with a highlighter pen traversing its cartoon-text, below which is an enthusiastic missive stating (and I quote): "Now you can highlight your PDFs! With our new highlighter tool, you can read and edit PDFs in one place." Because of this infernal nuisance, I cannot print or download web pages. This has been going on for WEEKS! (That pop-up is USEFUL?! Who thinx up this stuff??!!) Apparently you're having trouble fixing this problem ... I understand--I'll just use Edge or Chrome from now on. Sorry if I woke you.

I paid to get in on a new app, called Truthfinder, that company said that I have to get in Firefox, so I did now I’m on Firefox and I still can’t open to Truthfinder, I’m old and need help
