On the right it appears you are using the old EOL Windows XP ?
If so then the most current version of Firefox you can run (on WinXP and Vista) is (32-bit) Fx 52.9.0 ESR. https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/ other locales are at https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/

If you are using Windows 7 or later then download from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Are you using a special third-party build since you have "Mypal/68.12.3" appended to the user agent ?
