Some of my customers say that my emails always go to their spam filter.
When I send out quotes and messages to my customers I often hear that my messages go into their spam filter. I may have lost business because of it I think. Can I assist my customers somehow so I do not lose any business?
Additionally, my company lost $1000 settlement dispute because we didn't catch the timely message from Clover company fast enough and it cost a $1000 loss. I now have to check my spam filter as often as my inbox.
Can I get help please? Craig Haagenson

Have you spoken with your email provider? Being frequently seen as a sender of spam is often tied to how the email account is configured by the email provider. There are also a number of free spam testing tools on the internet and you can peruse them by using your search engine to look for ' how to check your email for spam' - or similar wording. Receiving hosts look at incoming mail for what appears as unwanted content or email appearing to come from one email account, yet is being sent by another account.
