My email is arriving with a time 2 hours ahead of the Network Solutions time and 2 hours ahead of EasternST..
My computer is correctly set for Eastern standard Time but my Email received time is 2 hours in the future according to my Host webmail account from Network Solutions. The time I noticed on my email was 10:01 AM but the actual time (EST) was about 8:45 AM. So I checked my host email site and saw the actual time the mail was sent was 8:01 AM.

Have you actually checked the time zone on your computer, or just the time?
Windows machines default to the timezone in Redmond Washington (worldwide) unless this is specifically changed on the first startup or during the install.
