I can receive EMail in Thunderbird but not send

My server EMail account works fine but when I use Thunderbird I get this message: The message could not be sent using SMTP server mail.casaromawellness.com for an unknown reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again, or contact your network administrator.
