why does Most Visited folder move to bottom of my Bookmarks Menu in FF28

Normally I have my Most Visited folder at the top of the various bookmark folders as displayed in the Bookmarks sidebar under Bookmarks Menu folder.

As of FF28 after a restart, FF now moves the Most Visited folder down the bottom of the list under Bookmarks Menu.

Cant think this is a feature, so it must be a bug.

Does it seem that the bookmarks are getting alphabetized, or are only the folders affected (i.e., all folders moving to the top of the list)?

Do you use the Firefox Sync service?

The only effect is that the Most Visited folder moves to the bottom of the list of other folders/bookmarks off Bookmarks Menu.

But I am synced with Firefox on my Android tablet.

Further: due to very slow browsing performance in FF28. I downgraded to FF27 yesterday (immediately surfed at speed again). But this morning I noticed that my FF session from yesterday had same issue, moving Most Visited folder. So it does indeed look like the new Android FF on 18th March has a new bug to move this folder around and it synced across to my Windows FF. Right bug, wrong platform!

Firefox sure is getting buggy these days.

Anyone know how to move this issue to FF for Android?

Hi AlcAm, I think a problem with Sync changing the order of bookmarks would be a Sync server problem, and not a problem with Firefox on the another device. However, we'll need a Sync expert to weigh in.
