Firefox crashes
My most recent Report ID is bp-68f5b271-d14d-4341-9398-994812140203
In the last 20 minutes Firefox has crashed 14 times.
It crashes in safemode, it is up to date, and so are all of my add-ons.
It took me 3 times to submit this report because of crashing. I'm not sure what else to do.

That is an issue with sprotector (sprotector.dll)

How do I go about fixing it?
You need to remove the sprotector software via the Windows Control Panel > Programs.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
