Firefox crashes first, than works - after sending crash report
After installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB976932) at 08.04.2012 15:47
nothing works; firefos and IE doesn't work, both crashes and no internet... So I use system restore but cannot install any windows updates anymore...(I tried 3times)

Please also try reinstalling Firefox on top of the current installation: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

...after long time I tried: so at first I installed the English Version (by your link), and Firefox didn't crash at the first time starting after system new starting...and then I installed the German Version, made a new system start, and it works! Thank you. Hartmut
