some video clips audio works, some do not work?

some video clips (from facebook or utube) the audio works. some others...there is no audio. (and i'm talking about clips that DO have talking, music or whatever audio as part of the presentation, but there is no audio.

and again - on some clips there is audio.

(my itunes and other internal computers settings and components work regularly. just some of the clips (that should) do NOT)

You should take a look at the Knowledge Base article Fix common audio and video issues. There is some good troubleshooting information in there.
