- When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
- Restart Firefox
updated to Firefox 10 and adobe is still crashing. never had this issue before. using acrobat pro 9.2
