Is it any property in about:config where I can set always (under any circumstance) accept popup ?

FF is working fine but in a point starts to block any popup windows from popup-authorized sites. Only solution I found is to close FF and start again. Sound to me as a bug. Is it any way to say FF "never block a popup window"?
