I was wondering if their is a way, to turn off the No-Tracking option you have. Is it a add-on, that can be deleted?

It's built in, not an addon. If you have the Do Not Track setting on, just uncheck it in the Firefox privacy options. It just adds an option to requests for webpages and with it off Firefox doesn't send anything in its place.

It only makes Firefox send a DNT=1 header with the HTTP response headers that are send to the server. Firefox itself doesn't do anything more. It is up to the server to comply to that request.
