How do I Block ALL websites except for the one or two websites that are used? Basicly I need to lock down the browser execpt for two sites.

I need to lock down Firefox so that only two or three websites can be accessed. Every thing I have seen so far does the exact opposite, only blocking some sites and letting the rest through. that will not work. Any ideas on how to lock down the browser would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe use a PAC file: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_auto-config
