I have a lot (96, to be exact) of filters set up to send most emails to a particular folder. I recently had to change the name of my incoming IMAP server, and now all of my filters don't work. I get an error message when an email comes in that should be handled by a filter, the email is left in my Inbox, and that filter is set to Disabled. I then have to edit it and re-select the destination folder and re-enable it. What's going on here? Is there a way to fix this, short of manually editing each of the 96 filters?

Message filter is a text file in each account. name is msgfilterrules.dat. Exit thunderbird and open in a text editor, such as notepad. I would first make a backup copy. You may be able to manually edit there, save, restart thunderbird and see how it works.
