close all opened messages or start thunderbird without any tab . error was made selecting open hundreds of emails
User instead of select messages and delete them , choosed to open all , so now thunderbird cannot work or start , with maybe hundreds of messages to open , thunderbird is using all pc memory and lock the computer
We need the command (if it exists) to start without any open tabs or maybe some keys to close all tabs

I'm on a Mac Book Air = M2, 2022 Thunderbird ver 128.11.0esr OS = Darwin 24.5.0 Darwin Kernel Version 24.5.0: Tue Apr 22 19:54:26 PDT 2025; root:xnu-11417.121.6~2/RELEASE_ARM64_T8112 Mac OS = Sequoia 15.5 If I right click any of the many tabs which seem to open on their own, nothing happens. Unless I click (left or right) on the "x", and then of course the tab closes. I want to close them all, and prevent them from opening unless I chose to read that particular message. Thank you,
