That is by your AV software that does it. Firefox browser can't do that. Otherwise you need to take it to a computer shop to fix this problem.

This was likely due to web push notifications and not you being infected with anything /questions/1495553
And don't waste your time and money taking it to a computer shop as mark above suggested.
