lost tabs following forced update

I received a message from Mozilla saying i had to update my version of firefox or certificates would be invalid and things would run slowly or worse. The deadline was today so I followed the update instructions, installing the update. Then all my tabs crashed (over 100) in 7 active windows AND the Restore crashed tabs button did nothing either for individual tabs or the restore all tabs button.

Helllllp? Please.

Unfortunately your going to have to look at your Firefox history to find if those tabs can be found in history. As this is just a user forum how or what happened in your update no one can do much since it crashed meaning tabs or sessions are lost because of this. If they don't show up on the history list there's not much more any users can do to help here.
