how do I see a message sent from one computer and have that same sent message shows across all computers/devises in sent folder of same account? Do I hate to go back to the originating computer to see that sent message. Often can't remember which device message was created.

Set up the account as IMAP on all devices so all the mail folders are synced across all devices. POP accounts only download the Inbox, and the Sent and other folders are stored only on the device on which they were created.
