I use Outlook webmail, and since a couple of months is impossible to open .PDF documents that are password protected.

I tried via Safari, and is possible to open; so from Microsoft they told me to make contact with Firefox.

If someone can help me, Thanks a lot !!

Hola Que sucede, no solicita la contraseña? en comparación con Safari cual es la diferencias en la operatoria?

Puedes probar: -Borrar las "Cookies y datos del Sitio" Botón de las 3 rallas (izquierda de la barra superior): Preferencias->Privacidad y Seguridad->Cookies y datos del Sitio-> Administrar Datos..: escribir la pagina web (https://outlook.live.com) y hacer clic "Eliminar todo lo mostrado" -Desactivar el bloqueo de contenido para https://outlook.live.com: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/bloqueo-de-contenido#w_desactivar-el-bloqueo-de-contenido-en-sitios-individuales Saludos
