I cannot type spaces into Youtube comments

On Youtube, the Spacebar doesn't actually make spaces in comments. It only stops and starts the video. This doesn't happen in Microsoft Edge. So something has to be wrong with Firefox. I have the following extensions enabled: 1. 4chanX. 2. Adblock plus. 3. Archive Page 4. DuckDuckGo privacy essentials 5. Google Scholar Button. 6. Honey. 7. Tampermonkey 8. Theme and Font size changer. 9. TubeUnblock 10. Watch2gether.

I have the following plugins enabled: 1. OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. 2. Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc.

I also have Ruffle (The flash emulator) installed in my browser. the 2021-03-09 version.

Yes, during the past two hours reports have flooded in. We think Google did an update but we don't have a fix yet. Hopefully in a few hours we'll have clarity on the problem and workarounds.

The Firefox sub-reddit (on Reddit) also is a place to check for news as there are hundreds of comments on this.
