Since I got my first computer over 20 years ago, my email display has always been black text on a white background. My computer just finished an "upgrade" Now, my email is white text on a black background. How do I change it back?

change theme in TB (Thunderbird).
some OS/software has began to use dark background & white text, becasue that uses less electricity/battery power , safer for eyes , safer for the screen pixels, etc etc etc etc etc etc.
but if you still want to use, white background & darker-colored text, then you will have to load a theme for that.
