Migration did not download all of my folders

I just created a new account on Thunderbird from my iCloud account. Unfortunately, it did not import any of my folders I created, only the default folders (i.e. trash, outbox, junk, etc.). Can anyone help me get my custom folders and all the email I have in each? Thanks.

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., Refresh. Do you see the missing folders in the list? If so, check the boxes (subscribe) for the ones you wish to see in TB.
